We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, for specified purposes, and only to the extent and for the time necessary.

03 Data processed, purposes and legal bases
3.1 Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form on the website, we process the following data:
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, message content, time of submission | Answering your enquiry, keeping in touch, and preparing a possible future contract | Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) | Up to 24 months after the enquiry is closed, or until you withdraw consent |
3.2 Email correspondence
We process the content of our email correspondence and the data it contains in order to keep in touch, deliver the service and keep matters traceable. Legal basis: consent and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Retention: for a reasonable period after the matter is closed, and in line with applicable accounting and limitation rules.
3.3 Social media management on client instruction
On behalf of our clients we create, schedule and publish social media content on Facebook pages and Instagram accounts managed by the client. In doing so we handle the access permissions (access tokens) provided by the client and the content to be published. Legal basis: performance of the contract with the client (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). See section 5 for more detail.
3.4 Technical data and cookies
We use technically necessary (session) cookies for the proper operation of the website, and the server may automatically log technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and operational purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
In addition, we may use analytics and marketing cookies to measure traffic and optimise our advertising, typically via Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook Pixel). These are activated only with your prior consent, which you can give on the cookie banner shown when the site first loads, and withdraw at any time (by clearing your browser cookies). Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). These providers may also act as independent controllers; their own notices describe their processing.
04 Processors and recipients
We use the following service providers (processors). They process data only to the extent needed for their task, and on our instructions:
| Provider | Activity |
|---|---|
| UNAS Online Kft. | Hosting and email services (serving the website and email) |
| Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace) | Email and office services |
| Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. | Publishing Facebook and Instagram content via the platform APIs |
We may disclose your data to authorities or courts where required by law. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
05 Facebook and Instagram data (Meta platform)
As part of our social media service we use the official Meta (Facebook, Instagram) APIs to schedule and publish content on behalf of our clients on the pages and accounts they manage. In doing so:
- we access only those pages and accounts for which the client has explicitly granted permission;
- we store access tokens securely with restricted access, and use them only to publish content;
- we do not collect or store personal data of page followers or other users;
- we do not carry out profiling and do not pass data to third parties beyond the above.
The access granted to us can be revoked at any time in the client's Meta Business or page settings, or on request via hello@skycrew.hu. Meta's own privacy policy describes how Facebook and Instagram process data.
06 Data security
We protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access restrictions, and separate, protected storage of access keys.
07 Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
- Access: you may ask whether we process your data and, if so, request a copy of it.
- Rectification: you may request correction of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may request deletion where the purpose has ceased, or you withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis.
- Restriction: in certain cases you may request restriction of processing.
- Objection: you may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Data portability: you may request data processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You can submit your request to hello@skycrew.hu. We will respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt. Requests are handled free of charge, except for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests.
08 Data deletion request
You may request deletion of the personal data you shared with us or that we process in the course of our service at any time. To do so, send an email to hello@skycrew.hu with the subject "Data deletion request" and, for identification, state which data you want deleted (for example the email address you used to contact us).
We fulfil the request without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest, and inform you accordingly. Please note that some data cannot be deleted before the end of the mandatory retention period due to legal obligations (for example accounting rules).
Please also note that our social media service does not collect or store personal data of Facebook and Instagram followers (see section 5), so there is no such data for us to delete.
