The biggest risk in a store migration is not moving the data, it is losing your search rankings. If the old product URLs disappear without redirects, Google finds broken pages and traffic can drop for weeks. That is why for every migration I map the old and new URLs one by one, set up 301 redirects, refresh the sitemap, and monitor in Search Console that everything moved across correctly.
Most migrations take 1-3 weeks, depending on the number of products and any custom requirements. The actual switchover (domain redirection) usually takes a few hours, done at a pre-agreed time so the store is down as little as possible.
No. Products, categories, images and customer data are exported from the old system and imported into UNAS. Old order history is archived so it is preserved.
This is the most important part, and the one most often skipped: we set up 301 redirects from the old product and category URLs to the new ones. That way most of your rankings and backlinks carry over, so you do not start from zero.

If you sell to the Hungarian market and do not want to deal with servers, updates and security patches, then usually yes: the Hungarian invoicing, shipping and marketplace integrations are built in. If you need highly custom logic, a bespoke build is sometimes better - and I will tell you that honestly.
